Girish

Hi, Girish here, the creator of Languages in London an international language exchange community based in London. Thanks for stopping by to find out more about us.

I launched Languages in London in September 2023 with the intention of bringing together the global community in London, who appreciate and in many cases, love languages.

Providing everyone a safe, non-judgmental and welcoming space within which they could practice and improve their language skills was key. Just as importantly I wanted to ensure our events were fun, social and sustainable.

Languages belong to everyone, so we welcome Everyone - all languages and all levels of fluency.

London's language exchanges are definitely not all the same. We're completely independent and our events are run with our community in mind. We aren't focussed on selling language courses or any other products or services and our community members' comfort and safety is taken seriously. We value quality over quantity and care about our environment, by observing eco-friendly and sustainable practices whenever possible.

We run our events 3 to 4 times per week, both on weekdays and on the weekend, at popular and well connected locations across London - Aldgate, Hammersmith, Covent Garden, Clerkenwell / Farringdon, Brixton and Limehouse. So wherever you live, work or study in London, we've got you covered!

Over 250 events later, our events have received more than 1,600 verifiable reviews* rated 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Languages in London is consistently the highest rated (4.9/5)* International language exchange in London, in fact across the UK. *Source - MeetUp.

Is ours the best international language exchange in London? If you haven't already, I hope you'll join us and find out for yourself.
